What we collect

When you install the app we receive your store domain and the access permissions you grant (reading products, and writing blog content). We read your products, collections and blog posts through Shopify and store a copy so we can write content grounded in your store. We store the brand settings and content you create in the app. We do not collect or store your customers' or orders' personal data.

How we use it

To sync your catalogue, generate and check blog content you ask for, save drafts to your blog, schedule and publish articles you approve, and to operate and secure the service.

AI processing

To generate and review content we send product titles, descriptions, tags, prices, collection names, existing blog titles, your brand settings and, for reviews, the draft text to our AI provider, DeepSeek. We do not send customer or order data, access tokens or email addresses. You approve every article before it is published.

Google Search Console (optional)

If you connect a Google account, we request read-only access to Search Console. We store an encrypted refresh token and the page and query performance data (clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position) for the property you select. We use it only to show you performance and suggest content to refresh. We do not change anything in your Google account. Disconnecting in the app revokes the token and deletes the imported data. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Shopify: platform, billing and API.
• Cloudflare: hosting, job queue and logs.
• Supabase (hosted on AWS, United States): database.
• DeepSeek: AI text generation and review.
• Google: Search Console data, only if you connect it.

Retention and deletion

If you uninstall the app we revoke our access immediately and cancel scheduled work. About 48 hours later Shopify sends us a store-redact request and we delete all of your data. Database backups may keep copies for a limited time until they rotate.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to your own store, and credentials are stored as protected secrets.
